Evident ID is seeking a driven and self-motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) with 1-2 years of sales experience to join our fast-paced sales team. In this role, you will take the initiative to engage key decision-makers at target companies, effectively communicating the unique value Evident provides in managing third-party risk. This position is ideal for a current BDR who is eager to fast-track their career, with a clear pathway to becoming an Account Executive within 6 months.
Candidates must be based in Tampa (FL) and able to work from office at least twice a week. There's also the option to work from Atlanta (GA).
Responsibilities
    • Identify, prospect, develop, and convert leads through outbound strategies
    • Engage with prospects via phone, email, video, and other resources to convey the value of Evident
    • Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead engagements, meetings, and qualified opportunities
    • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure qualified leads are converted into opportunities
    • Develop and refine outreach strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates
    • Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and industry trends
    • Stay updated on industry news and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Requirements
    • 1-2 years of sales experience looking for a 6-month fast-track to becoming an AE
    • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, eager to excel and advance in their career
    • Highly motivated and committed to ensuring both customer and company success
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
    • Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and customer relationship skills
    • Disciplined approach to daily activity planning, goal setting, and achieving success
    • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and synthesize information accurately
    • Receptive to direction, coaching, and mentorship
    • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
