Job Description

Responsible for on-line Marketing Automation campaigns to achieve lead targets and maximize ROI of marketing spend. He/She works with the digital and marketing team to develop automation/nurturing strategy, development, implementation, and management of digital marketing programs with the goal of generating leads, growing sales, and improving brand awareness. This individual will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on the performance of the programs to marketing leadership.

Job Duties

  • Strategy Development: Developing and implementing strategies for automated marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives such as lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Platform Management: Overseeing the selection, configuration, and management of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Workflow Design: Creating automated workflows and sequences to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions throughout the marketing funnel.
  • Content Personalization: Utilizing data and segmentation techniques to personalize content and messaging across automated campaigns, improving relevance and engagement.
  • Data Analysis: Monitoring campaign performance metrics and conducting data analysis to assess effectiveness, identify trends, and optimize strategies for better results.
  • Testing and Optimization: Conducting A/B testing and multivariate testing on various campaign elements (e.g., subject lines, CTAs) to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
  • Lead Management: Support developing lead scoring models and managing lead databases to prioritize leads and facilitate smooth handoffs to sales teams.
  • Providing training and support to marketing teams on best practices for using marketing automation tools and leveraging automation features effectively.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and implementing governance processes to maintain data integrity and security within automated campaigns.

Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, and IT to align automated marketing efforts with broader business goals and initiatives.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field

Experience:

  • 5 years of experience
  • Extensive experience with running and managing Marketing Automation platforms. Pardot experience a plus
  • Experience with CRM platforms. Salesforce.com experience a plus.

Skills:

  • Detail oriented with proven analytical and project management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 Applications especially PowerPoint.
  • Qualified candidate will have demonstrated experience prioritizing and delivering against multiple project deadlines and milestones.
