We are seeking a motivated and experienced Roofing Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the roofing industry and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As a Roofing Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance.
- Maintain and build relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
- Utilize company-provided pre-set appointments to maximize sales opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the roofing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High level of motivation and a results-driven attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
