Position: Solar Sales Consultant (Full-Time)

Job Responsibilities and requirements:

1. Sales and Customer Engagement:

• Conduct in home sales presentations to potential customers, highlighting the advantages of solar energy and our comprehensive product offerings.
• Demonstrate empathy and genuine interest in addressing customers' needs and concerns.
• Utilize active listening skills to understand customers' preferences and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Answer any questions and concerns homeowners may have about solar power.
• Lead homeowners through the sales process, building trust and closing the sale
• Build and maintain a network of customers through referrals and networking.

2. Pre-Set Appointments and Face-to-Face Consultations:

• Make the most of pre-set appointments provided by Evolution Power to meet with interested prospects.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Drive to customer residences for face-to-face consultations to facilitate a personalized and informative experience.

3. Training and Skill Development:

• Participate in comprehensive training programs to acquire in-depth knowledge of our solar products, sales techniques, and industry trends.
• Stay updated on the latest solar technologies and advancements to effectively communicate the benefits to customers.

4. Sales Targets and Performance:

• Strive to meet or exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team and company.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to optimize sales strategies and achieve individual and team objectives.

5. Reliable Transportation:

• Must have a reliable transportation to travel to customer locations for consultations and appointments.

6. Schedule:

• The Solar Consultant must be on call and willing to work morning, afternoon, evening and weekends (if required) to accommodate the homeowner's schedule.

7. Support and Resources:

• We are committed to providing you with the necessary tools and resources to excel in your role, ensuring your success and professional growth.

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for learning and a heart for helping people transition to solar energy.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated candidates willing to learn.
• Must have reliable transportation to drive to customer residences for face-to-face consultations.
• Bilingual proficiency, especially in English and Spanish, is advantageous, but not required, to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
