Evolve Healthcare is currently hiring for an RN-ER for our facility located in Rancho CORDOVA, CA. As an RN you will provide 36/hour Night shifts for 13-weeks starting Asap extension is offered.

Unit Notes
- Common duties/ responsibilities

"**This position has zero hands on patient care**

• Placing patients on the appropriate units at the hospitals they are assigned to

Will ask type of bed needed and then place patient in appropriate bed. Will need to use critical thinking skills if the order/bed request is not appropriate and communicate that with charge or leadership (ie. chest pain pt being placed on general medsurg floor instead of tele)

• This position not giving recommendations, treatment plans, or diagnosis. Strictly placing patient in to bed- if any issues can talk to charge or leadership at the hospital
• Will be working off of 3 screens, utilizing multiple applications (ie. TeleTrac, Cerner, multiple Google apps including multiple chats with ED, leadership and others needing beds)
• Experience or 'Must have' skills **"MUST have recent acute care experience- 2 years preferred…ok with 1 LTC contract
• OK with first time travelers
• MUST have experience with TeleTracking and Cerner
• MUST be strong in computers- prefer experience with Zoom and all Google applications
• MUST be able to multitask and have good customer service skills
• MUST know the difference of the different departments/units (ie MedSurg vs Tele

Requirements:

• CA RN License
• BLS AHA only.
• Sub Acute Care Experience
• 2yr.- experience.
• Unit: Bed placement
• Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) "12 hours 3 days a week 630-7
• First schedule they will be filled in, next schedule will self schedule but schedule will not be finalized until balanced- travelers will move first to balance. No block guarantee"
• Weekend Requirements "4 weekend shifts in a 4 week period

Nights: Fri and Sat Days: Sat and Sun"

• Holiday Requirements Must be able to work holidays if there is a need- no PTO allowed for holidays
• Floating no
• Scrub Color/Dress Code "Scrubs-any color as long as clean and professional

Casual- Can wear: jeans- no rips, tears or holes, hoodies- if clean and no large writing"
