Position: Sales Manager
Job Description:
As a Sales Manager at EvoMarine, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base within the maritime and yacht building and repair sectors. Your role will encompass the entire sales process, from strategy implementation to client acquisition, qualification of new opportunities, and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities and clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts, reports, and performance plans.
- Build and manage strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the finance team to establish and manage sales budgets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services.
- Attend industry events, trade exhibitions, and technical meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales within the maritime, yacht building, and repair sectors.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for business and customer meetings.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in selling technical services and projects.
- Developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies.
- Using data to interpret sales performance and market trends.
