Electrical Engineer III - Up to $115k

About the Role: As an Electrical Engineer III, you will support the troubleshooting and repair activities on the Final Assembly Line (FAL). You will collaborate with the Design to Manufacturing team (D2M) to provide expertise and resolve anomalies, ensuring the smooth operation and quality of our production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair activities on the Final Assembly Line (FAL)
• Collaborate with the Design to Manufacturing team (D2M) for expertise and anomaly resolution
• Support installation and validation of Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) on production stations
• Monitor and maintain spare EGSE readiness for production
• Lead and provide technical expertise to electrical technicians
• Conduct first-level troubleshooting on test bench and test scripts anomalies
• Support process creation with D2M to improve assembly line performance and quality
• Participate in repairs management and vendor discussions
• Implement changes on the FAL based on flight/ground design or process modifications
• Engage in Maintenance/Calibration activities for responsible equipment

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Electrical, Industrial Automation) or related discipline
• 5 years of proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on automated test systems and spacecraft/satellites manufacturing as a plus
• Hands-on experience with EGSE and electrical measurement devices
• Knowledge of SCADA systems is a plus
• Experience in clean room environments, understanding of precision cleaning, and handling of clean hardware/systems
• Ability to review and understand written and electronic procedures and technical documents in English; knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus
• Strong commitment to work and attention to detail

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to sit, stand, use hands, talk, and hear
• Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to perform tasks requiring close vision
• Personal Protective Equipment may be required, including safety shoes and glasses

Working Environment:

• Busy and noisy work environment with mechanical and chemical hazards
• Weekend work may be required with appropriate compensation
