Technical Project Manager

Salary: Up to $130,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the liaison between the development team and stakeholders, gathering requirements, providing updates, and managing expectations.
- Prioritize and manage new work requests, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders.
- Manage DevOps help desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
- Utilize Atlassian Suite software (JIRA, Confluence) to track tasks, manage sprints, and maintain project documentation.
- Implement Agile methodologies within the team, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Break down project requirements into Epics, Stories, and Tasks, ensuring clarity and alignment within the team.
- Foster an Agile culture that encourages experimentation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
- Proficiency in using Atlassian Suite tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Desired:
- AWS certifications or experience with Cloud Services and Kubernetes.
- Experience in the space industry or with related technologies.
