RESPONSIBILITIES

* Independent execution of standardized processes in the area of accounts payable accounting in accordance to local law and IFRS.

* Data entry / posting of invoices timely into the Invoice Track workflow system for PO & Non-PO invoices

* Accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing in accordance with AP timelines

* Identifying discrepancies, reconciliation of vendor accounts, communication, and follow-up with contacts; internal and external (Banks).

* Provide Customer Service to Supplier and Stakeholders regarding inquiries related to Accounts Payable process.

* Assure compliance with process, standards and corporate policies.

* Support other functions in Accounts Payable area as required and also initiatives to simplify or improve the quality in the process under responsibility.

* Responsible for the activities inherent to its function, complying with the requirements of the Code of Conduct; quality, environment, safety and health management system; Internal Procedures; and ISO 9001 and/or 14001 standards where applicable.

* Support process documentation when requested by their team lead or SME.

* Support Invoice Track Key users in regular simple tasks and automation efforts, if required

REQUIREMENTS

* High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience (Ideally 1 years exp) Bachelor's degree preferred.

* Excellent business writing and oral skills.

* Profound knowledge in accounts payable process.

* SAP / similar ERP experience.

* Maintain a high level of professionalism and approachability.

* Soft skills: action-orientated and flexible problem-solver; Emotional intelligence and able to work in a dynamic environment.

* Desirable: Knowledge in accounts payable processes.

* Desirable: knowledge in SAP or similar ERP systems.

* Transition project experience preferred
