Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube) to ensure consistent and engaging content distribution.
- Content Distribution: Schedule and post content across various platforms using scheduling tools to maintain an active and engaging online presence.
- Community Management: Monitor and engage with users on social media platforms, responding to comments and messages promptly and fostering a positive community atmosphere.
- Executive Assistance: Assist executives with daily administrative tasks, schedule management, and other operational duties as needed.
- Event and Travel Coordination: Manage logistics for business travels and events, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
- Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on social media engagement metrics to help refine strategy and content delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, including scheduling tools and analytics.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable with occasional travel as part of the job.
- Experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is preferred.
- A proactive approach and a keen eye for detail.
