We are currently looking for a motivated Electronics Asset Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us source electronics for recycling and repair.

Job Description

As an Electronics Asset Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain by identifying and acquiring electronic assets for refurbishment and recycling. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including businesses, individuals, and electronic waste facilities, to ensure a steady supply of devices for our operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire electronic assets from businesses, individuals, and electronic waste facilities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to secure a continuous supply of electronic devices.
- Conduct market research to identify potential sources of electronic assets.
- Negotiate acquisition terms and prices to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate logistics for the transportation and delivery of acquired assets to our facilities.
- Collaborate with the refurbishment team to ensure the acquired devices meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of acquired assets and report on acquisition activities.

Requirements

- Proven experience in sourcing and acquiring electronic assets or similar roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners.
- Knowledge of the electronics recycling and refurbishment industry is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
