The market leading infrastructure, water & energy recruiter is seeking Senior Project Managers from a Water / Wastewater background to be based out of their clients Georgia site locations

In this role, you can capitalize on your leadership and strong communication skills to direct and lead a team, manage large complex projects, and/or multiple projects while overseeing the work of one or more project managers. • Job Responsibilities:
• Partnering with project directors in responding to Request for Proposals including the preparation of conceptual estimates, schedules, and other proposal documents
• Preparing detailed estimates, cost code input, and cost control systems
• Working with directors of construction and construction core personnel to establish job organization including superintendents and self-perform craftworker requirements maintaining submittal control
• Preparing and securing owner acceptance of contract change orders
• Managing and ensuring payments to subcontractors and vendors effectively directing project close-out tasks and any warranty work

Education/ExperienceBachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent plus 10 years or more of experience in Industrial Water/Wastewater facility construction, design, or management preferred. Ability to Manage and be part of a team as well as the ability to develop strong business plans. Experience utilizing Microsoft products scheduling software.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, License, Certifications

• Knowledge in the design and construction of Industrial Water/Wastewater facilities
• Research experience is a plus with excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Excellent sales and customer relationship skills
• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
• Abilities to work independently, manage time wisely and prioritize tasks
• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
• This job will require 50% travel

Salary Package
The base salary range for this position is $150,000-$210,000. The actual salary will be determined based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
