The Embroidery Supervisor is responsible for the coordination of the functions that support the embroidery production line. The Embroidery Supervisor will be responsible for all embroidery production line personnel and ensuring all activities are performed in compliance with company policy. This position will lead a team of hourly associates to achieve a variety of operational goals, including achieving productivity, excellent customer service, maintaining a safe work environment, positive and effective employee relations, and motivation.

Responsibilities: Manage an embroidery team of approx. 5 associates. Ensure adequate training of embroidery line staff. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Improve efficiencies and reduce downtime of equipment. Track production and report numbers daily.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Organized self-starter. Strong interpersonal communications and relationship management skills as well as good customer relations skills. Must be able to meet objectives with minimal direction from supervision and make sound business decisions.

Ability to lead and direct staff.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
