Long story short, You will:
- Work with various managers to learn their business insight needs, including tracking metrics, dashboards, and reports.
- Define and monitor KPIs, analyze huge amounts of data to identify opportunities, and drive the business to success, by providing actionable insights into the business.
- Design, build, and maintain insightful and call-to-action dashboards, reports, and metrics, in addition to monitoring and maintaining the integrity and validity of the data.
- Communicate and present your findings to key stakeholders around the company.
- Manage multiple projects/clients simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Work closely with operations, data, R&D, finance, and other teams in the company.
It will be awesome if you have:
- 6 years of experience as a data/business Analyst (quantitative/statistical analysis).
- 6 years of experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.).
- Strong business understanding.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Experience with A/B testing methodology and a proven record of creating impact through testing.
- Ability to understand data and transform it into actionable insights.
- Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis clearly, precisely, and visually appealingly to inform decision-making.
- Quick thinker, fast learner, and problem solver who can get things done from start to finish.
It will be SUPER awesome if you have:
- Background working in a high-tech company.
- Experience with the ad-tech industry and monetization optimization.
- Knowledge of Python with data analysis capabilities.
- Experience working with big data tools: BigQuery, Athena, etc.
The pay range for this position in New York is $95,000 – $115,000
