Roles: To be a guide for suspects to understand their needs with curiosity over judgment. To actively listen to qualify suspects into prospects. To showcase skill in helping prospects make an informed decision whether to buy or not to buy our products or services by discovering and connecting the emotional and logical needs behind the purchase.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule face-to-face meetings
• Assist CRM in Lead Nurturing prospects
• Prepare for meeting prospects at the gym for consultations
• Understand the emotional and logical needs of the prospect
• Guide the prospect to a decision
• Sign new members up for services
• Management of CRM and CMS Systems with proper documentation
• All leads in your funnel
• Presence in XN2FIT targeted interactions

Requirements:

Must believe in the vision and mission, must be polite and courteous, must exemplify the XN2FIT service standards, must be well versed in transactional analysis, must be competent within sales frameworks, must be a strong active listener, must be able to execute stroke/reverse/nurture in conversations, must be competent within our CMS/CRM solutions, must be well documented, driven, goal-oriented, and operate within XN2FIT sales funnels and processors, must be able to hit sales quotas, must be prompt, professional, pro-XN2FIT, and present while on the clock.

Results:

• Leads are contacted in under 2 business hours
• Face-to-face consultations are appropriately scheduled in a timely fashion
• 50% Consultations are resulting in Sales
• Prospect's needs are correctly matched to our services
• Sales are appropriately entered and recorded
• CMS documentation is accurate and current
• Lead nurturing protocols are followed precisely

Pay: $15.00 - $85.00 per hour
