We are looking to employ a temporary/seasonal HR Administrative Assistant with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. They will have excellent administrative and technical skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
The HR Administrative Assistant is a professional who completes administrative duties for the human resources department. They will assist the VP, Human Resources with compliance, maintain employee records, employee relations, performance management and provide administrative support to all employees.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Provide support with the compliance administration.
- Management and administration of HR employee personnel files and documents. Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
- Benefits Administration.
- I-9 tracking and compliance
- Employment verifications and medical verifications
- Leave of absence administration
- Liaise with external partners like insurance and COBRA vendors
- Assist with payroll and accounting as needed
- Assist with other projects/duties as needed
Requirements
s degree in Human Resources or related (essential).

- Strong knowledge of computer programs such as Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills.
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently or collectively as a team.
- High School Diploma/GED
