Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing the receivables. Your responsibilities will include invoicing, reconciliation, and cross-team collaboration to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for generating and issuing invoices to customers promptly and accurately.

· Track payment due dates, follow up on outstanding invoices, and ensure timely collections.

· Accurately record cash receipts in the company’s accounting system.

· Investigate and resolve discrepancies that arise. This may involve communicating with clients, reviewing records, and reconciling accounts.

· Negotiate payment arrangements, includes setting up payment plans or adjusting terms.

· Provide regular status updates on account receivables, aging analysis, and collection efforts for management review.

· Must provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor.

· Appy cash receipts to customer accounts accurately and timely.

· Identify opportunities for process improvement in the accounts receivable function.

Qualifications:

· 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related financial role.

· Familiarity with accounting software systems.

· Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports.

· Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.

· Relevant certifications in accounting, finance or bookkeeping is a plus.

Technology Skills:

· Proficiency in using accounting software.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.

Compensation:

· $25.00- $30.00 per hour
