Excel Engineering, Inc. is seeking a team-oriented, highly motivated individual for the position of full-time Program Manager (Business Professional). This is for our power utility client in Denver, CO. This posting is for a Program Manager on the Residential Energy Efficiency Delivery Team within the Customer Energy & Transportation Solutions team.

Responsibilities

Manages low-cost energy efficiency solutions for residential customers including LED lighting, energy-efficient showerheads, power strips, etc. within all of the client's service territory. This includes various channels of implementation including in-store rebates, energy efficiency kits, and partnering with local communities to support income-qualified customers via food banks and schools. This would also include managing the client store, where energy-efficiency equipment is available for customers to purchase on the website.

Manages all aspects of the product life cycle to meet or exceed performance goals (P&L, customer acquisition/retention, customer sat, etc.) across relevant market and customer segments. Manage all aspects of the portfolio's marketing mix, communications, training, and support needs.

Drives effectiveness of product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• College degree required.
• Five years of experience in marketing, product management, or product development is required.
• Team and peer leadership with excellent communication skills and proven results.
• Two years of experience with regulatory requirements and conservation programs (Demand Side Management/Energy Efficiency) is mandatory).
• Budget Management
• Vendor Management
• Energy efficiency experience

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce systems.
• Utility experience.
• Marketing for Demand Side Management/Energy Efficiency programs.
