Quality Manager

Must have:

• Associate degree preferred - will take experience
• 7-10 years progressive experience in automotive, fastener, and/or metal manufacturing
• 4 years leadership experience or leadership development training
• Must have auditing experience (preferably IATF 16949 auditor)
• Proficient in: Blueprint Reading, Quality Inspection Experience, Machines & technologies.
• Proficient in using: ERP Software, and Quality Control Software
• Minimum Process Requirements (MPR)
• Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA)
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Always follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines
• Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
