Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections, tests, and analyses on industrial equipment to assess reliability and performance.
• Utilize diagnostic tools, predictive maintenance techniques, and data analytics to monitor equipment health and identify potential issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis to determine factors contributing to equipment failures or degradation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement reliability improvement plans, including equipment modifications and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance data, and reliability metrics.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and recommend corrective actions to minimize downtime and maximize uptime.
• Participate in cross-functional teams and continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and cost savings.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training in industrial maintenance or reliability is a plus.
• Strong understanding of industrial equipment, systems, and processes.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, test equipment, and reliability software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 pounds).
• Comfortable working in industrial environments, including manufacturing plants, refineries, or warehouses.
• Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Pay range:

• $35.00-$45.00, depending on experience
