Excel is currently looking for E&I Technicians to join our team. The E&I Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and instrumentation equipment within industrial facilities. This role involves working with a variety of electrical systems, control instruments, and related devices to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and instrumentation equipment such as motors, generators, transformers, switchgear, control panels, transmitters, sensors, and other related devices.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
• Diagnose electrical and instrumentation problems using various tools and techniques.
• Develop effective repair strategies and implement solutions to resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other maintenance and operations personnel to address complex problems and optimize system performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training in electrical/instrumentation technology preferred.
• Work experience as an E&I Technician or similar role in an industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of electrical principles, circuits, and instrumentation devices.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail, precision, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
