Duties and Responsibilities :
- Facilitate group activities
- Encourage activity involvement and chart attendance
- Assist in keeping activity supplies clean and organized
- Assist with outings and special events and other assigned duties
Qualifications :
- Diploma or GED
- Creativity
- Experience with Alzheimers / Dementia and special needs is a plus.
- Ability to self motivate
