Our client is currently seeking a Lab / Test Engineer to join their team onsite in Redmond, WA. The role of this engineer is to apply configuration skills at a basic to intermediate level. The Test Engineer will also design and develop test plans and should be familiar with at least one programming language.
Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform repeatable testing procedures and processes
• Create, manage, and run Azure Pipelines
• Create and manage Azure Resources
• Interpret and modify code as required that may include YAML, C / C , C#, batch files, PowerShell, make files, and / or bicep
• Write automation test scripts for simulating user interactions such as data entry, menu selections, mouse actions, data I / O, etc
• Run BVT’s, debug, troubleshoot, report and escalate as necessary
• Be familiar with.NET and SML framework
• Develop programs in at least one language (such as C / C , VB, SQL, etc.)
• Read logical and physical data model diagrams
• Set up and manage hardware lab

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and some business / functional knowledge and / or industry experience preferred
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience
• Minimum 1 years of experience of
• Azure DevOps experience
• Powershell: C# and .NET
• Python
• Software testing experience in a Web-based or Windows client / server environment required
• Experience in development and / or database administration experience using client product required
• Ability to read and write at least one programming language such as Python / C#, C / C
• Knowledge of software quality assurance practices, with strong testing aptitude
• Knowledge of personal computer hardware and peripherals may be required
