Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Level 1 Help Desk Technician to join their team onsite in West Palm Beach, FL.
Skills And Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot issues with Windows desktops and related components
• Previous experience with Windows 10 and 11 on laptops and desktops
• Solid understanding of computer hardware, software, and OS
• Basic understanding of networks
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to work in a high pressure environment and support end users in an enterprise environment
• Understanding of how to work under an SLA
• ServiceNow and JIRA ticketing experience is a plus
• Must be driven, passionate, and willing to learn
