Our client is currently seeking a qualified Level 1 Support Analyst to join their team onsite in Redmond, WA.

Scope of Activity and Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation and support of systems in a production environment
Track problems according to standards and refer problem to the next level of support
May be required to participate in the analysis and evaluation of computer systems and follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data to determine appropriate response

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 1 years of experience in IT
Windows Support / IT Administration experience
Azure Active Directory experience
M365 / O365 Administration experience
Must have good communication skills
Must be proactive
