ABOUT THE WORK:
Our sales people are the face of our business in the field. We train you on the details, but the most important assets we need from you are:
- The ability to sell and communicate with customers effectively.
- Be a self-starter with good time management and accountability skills.
- Ability to work individually as part of a team.
- You will need to be able to get on a roof and we will train you how to do a proper inspection.
- Need to have reliable transportation.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
This work is done as a hybrid between in-the-field meeting and following up with customers, And you can do office work from your home if you like. You can also do this job along side other work you may have or wish to do! If you have great people skills and some sales and customer service experience, and are looking for a flexible work schedule. This could be your favorite job yet!
ABOUT THE BENEFITS:
- Monthly car allowance of $500 to $1000 depending on sales
- Your schedule is flexible
- Sales team members can potentially earn between $75,000 and $125,000 in their first year!
Flexible pay means you can take an hourly rate and lower commissions or full commissions with a weekly draw.
