**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our pediatric team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care in an outpatient setting. If you are passionate about healthcare and possess strong skills in coding, patient care, shot, and patient service, we encourage you to apply.

**Duties:**

- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.

- Perform basic clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, recording patient information, and administering vaccine.

- Handle medical records and ensure accurate documentation in electronic health record systems.

- Throat culture, flu and covid test under the supervision of licensed professionals.

- Provide excellent patient service by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring patient comfort.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold safety standards.

- Adhere to protocols for infection control and patient confidentiality.

**Qualifications:**

MA certification

**Required Skills:**

- Proficiency in basic life support techniques.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact compassionately with patients.

- Familiarity with electronic health record systems and medical office procedures.

**Nice-to-Have Skills:**

- Experience working in a pediatric fast-paced healthcare environment.

- Knowledge of medical systems and terminology.
