Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to our sales department, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales team in managing customer orders from start to finish.

- Assist the sales team in managing customer relationships and contact targets.
- Coordinate sales-related activities and events
- Work with Sales team to prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
- Process orders and follow up on order status
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports

Qualifications and Experience:

- Proven experience in sales support or a related role
- Familiarity with Produce Sales and ERP software is a plus
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Knowledge of technical sales or technology products
- Experience in account management and business development
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify market trends
