Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a GCP Cloud Security Consultant located in Baltimore, MD. As a Cloud Security Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our clients' GCP environments. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting security risk assessments, developing and implementing security policies and procedures, monitoring and analyzing security logs and alerts, and providing expert guidance on cloud security best practices.

Qualifications

• Security Consulting, Application Security, and Information Security expertise
• Cybersecurity and Network Security knowledge
• Strong understanding of GCP security services and configurations
• Experience with security risk assessments and vulnerability management
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
