Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Preschool Teacher. The Lead Preschool Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, developing curriculum, ensuring a safe and positive classroom environment, and fostering positive relationships with students and parents. They will also collaborate with other teachers and staff to support the overall development of the preschool program. We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring Preschool Teacher (s) to join our team immediately within the next 2 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development for early childhood education
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
• Observe and assess each child's development and provide regular feedback to parents.
• Create a safe, nurturing, clean, organized and stimulating environment for children.
• Monitor and supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Knowledge and understanding of kindergarten readiness skills
• Passion for working with young children and creating engaging learning experiences
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt and respond to the individual needs of students
• Current certification in early childhood education or related field
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Adhere to all state and local regulations and center policies.
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED;
• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field(Preferred but not Required)
• Previous experience working in a daycare, preschool, or early childhood education setting.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and take initiative.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet all state licensing requirements.
• Ability to pass a drug test
