Excelon Solutions LLC is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Fort Worth, TX

The Project Manager is the Company’s representative assigned to the responsibility and authority for Project Performance – on site and in the office. The Project Manager leads a SERVICE focused team and completes a project SAFELY, WITHIN BUDGET, on SCHEDULE, and with EXCELLENCE. This person must conceptualize and develop an effective plan on how they are going to construct and execute the project.

Primary Duties

- Exemplifies the Company’s CULTURE, VISION, and VALUES in daily work.

- Accountable for TIMELY completion and QUALITY installation.

- Communicates PROFESSIONALLY, promptly, clearly, often, and in an effective manner.

- Provides sound judgement and problem-solving skills as jobsite issues arise.

- Responsible for project startup, project performance, and project closeout for multiple projects ranging from $25,000 to $25,000,000

- Reviews contract documents, building codes, and specifications to determine procedure of work.

- Manages all project costing, pay applications, and job performance.

- Forward thinking and planning to meet the special requirements of the Customer to ensure satisfactory relations are maintained.

- Constant close communication with Senior Project Manager to discuss the project budget, schedule, and upcoming challenges.

- TIMELY in all aspects of the project, including personal time management.

Qualifications

- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Assistant Project Manager.

- Education Requirements:

Completion of a 4-year degree in Construction Science or a related field.

OR

6 years of Cumulative Commercial Construction Experience, 4 of those years as a Project

Manager/Assistant Project Manager

- Experience in K-12, Higher Ed., and Medical projects required.

- Experience scheduling with Primavera P6 scheduling software or similar preferred

- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Allen, TX 75013: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Project management: 4 years (Required)*
  • Experience in K-12, Higher Education, Medical Construction (Required)*
  • Microsoft Office: 4 years (Required)*
  • Bluebeam: 4 years (Required)*
  • Work Location: In person
