This job posting is for an Analyst position in the Corporate Banking- US Diversified group based in Chicago, IL. The role involves underwriting, credit approval, and portfolio management, with a focus on large corporate syndicated loan portfolios across various sectors.

New Underwritings:

• Analyze financial performance and create financial projection models.
• Lead due diligence calls and compile diligence lists.
• Develop risk/return models for new deals.
• Collaborate with different teams for materials for committee meetings.
• Address Investment Committee and Credit team questions.

Portfolio Management:

• Monitor financial statements of Borrowers.
• Prepare credit analysis and correspondence.
• Assess Borrowers' internal risk ratings.
• Evaluate opportunities for new business with existing Borrowers.
• Conduct industry trend analysis and review comparable transactions.

Relationship Management:

• Assist in preparing pitch materials for client meetings.
• Support cross-selling opportunities for corporate banking products.

• Completion of a financial analysis credit training program.
• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred experience with a large Financial Institution.
• Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, or accounting.

• Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
• Ability to build complex financial models.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
