Objective for School Teacher:
To plan, organize, and implement an appropriate instructional program in an elementary or secondary learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential. Work is performed under the supervision of Principal Kelly.
To plan, organize, and implement an appropriate instructional program in an elementary or secondary learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential. Work is performed under the supervision of Principal Kelly.
Responsibilities:
- Plan a classroom curriculum that meets school standards
- Deliver clear and concise instruction, incorporating hands-on activities, projects, and differentiated learning strategies.
- Assess student progress through observations, tests, assignments, and projects.
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students who are struggling or need extra help.
- Manage classroom behavior and establish a positive and productive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student progress, concerns, and upcoming events
- Collaborate with other teachers, specialists, and school staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for students.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher and state teaching certification
- 2-year minimum previous experience teaching at the K-12 level
