Job Description:

As a Part-Time Receptionist at Anchor Care and Rehabilitation Center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for our facility. Your responsibilities will include:

• Warmly greeting visitors and prospective candidates as they enter and exit our facility.
• Professionally handling inquiries, operating a multi-line telephone system, and taking detailed messages.
• Diligently monitoring the flow of visitors, including doctor consultants and vendors.
• Assisting with various clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
• Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail and deliveries.
