- Evaluate and develop personalized treatment plans for residents
- Assist residents in daily activities to promote independence
- Monitor and support residents in executing tasks
- Aid in the rehabilitation of residents with disabilities
- Ensure the confidentiality of all resident information
- Current Florida State COTA License
- Preferred experience in long-term care settings
