Seeking a Direct Support Professional for Young Man with a Disability
You can make a difference in the life of someone special! We are looking for an engaging and creative staff (1:1 support) to work with a young man with a disability who is located in the city of Port Byron, NY. In this critical role, you will provide support to the person while completing tasks and activities such as assisting with independent living skills, providing advocacy, and attending community activities. The ideal candidate will have effective communication, be compassionate, and must be reliable. Experience is preferred, but not necessary for the right candidate!
Hours: Up to 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, and occasional weekends
Pay rate: $20 - $23/hour
Location: Port Byron, NY
Reliable transportation and a valid New York State driver's license are required.
