Exceptional Family Resources is Hiring a Self-Direction DSP - Fayetteville Area (Job #LT-DM) Near Fayetteville, NY

Exceptional Family Resources and a local Fayetteville family are seeking a caregiver to assist with a loving 6-year old child with special needs. Family is looking for in-home care and supervision between 15-20 hours per week, primarily during weekday afternoons and early evenings after 1pm, with occasional weekends needed. Looking to create consistent schedule, but hours/days are open to flexibility.

Responsibilities include supporting her at home with supervised care, occasional outings, play and feeding. Experience in early childhood and a focus in special needs desired. Must be able to lift or carry child up to 35lbs. We are looking for an individual who is patient, playful, enthusiastic, reliable and punctual with time. Reliable transportation required.

Payrate is $22/hour.
