Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Direct Support Professional at Exceptionally Me Inc. located in Ramona, CA. The Direct Support Professional will be responsible for providing daily living support to individuals with intellectual disabilities. The role involves assisting with personal care, meal preparation, assistance with mobility, and promoting social and recreational activities. This is an entry-level position with opportunities to grow.

Required Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US
• Ability to pass a DOJ Live Scan
• Weekends and holidays are required
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance are essential
• Must embody teamwork, professionalism, resilience under pressure, and possess strong communication and documentation skills
Duties Include:
• Light cleaning
• Light cooking
• Help client with basic personal hygiene
• Assist with mobility, including transferring from couch to wheelchair, walking, and positioning
