Exclusive Auto Brokers in Long Beach MS is seeking a motivated Finance Manager to help grow our booming sales department and provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate has experience in an independent pre owned car dealership and can flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.

Responsibilities:

· Present, promote and sell vehicles and consignment services

· Answer the phone and answer any questions and follow up with leads.

· Familiarize yourself with the cars and the options that are available to separate yourself as the expert as well as inspection of each vehicle to ensure they are ready for show

· Complete all necessary paperwork for the sale and funding.

· Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectables

· Check the inventory periodically and monitor all the advertising mediums to ensure they are properly broadcast and accurate.

· Consistently follow up with clients and what they are looking for.

· Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers

· Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

· Researching to identify qualified prospects through multiple channels

· Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments to document client/prospect information into spreadsheets and CRM systems

· Accurately audits team deals Post-Sale

· Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts

· Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines

· Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

Requirements:

· Must have an outgoing and friendly personality that is trustworthy with an attention to detail

· Prior Finance Manager experience at automotive dealership

· Finance Sales experience is a must

· Must be over 21 with a clean driving record

· Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
