We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technology Sales Representative to join our team. As a Technology Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of technology products to prospective clients, meeting sales targets, and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Sales and Revenue Generation:
• Actively prospect and acquire new customers through various sales strategies, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to overall company revenue goals.
• Product Knowledge:
• Develop in-depth knowledge of our technology products and services.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their technology needs and preferences.
• Provide personalized product recommendations and solutions based on customer requirements.
• Sales Presentations:
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our technology products.
• Tailor presentations to address specific customer needs and challenges.
• Proposal and Contract Negotiation:
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to secure favorable agreements for both the customer and the company.
• Pipeline Management:
• Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
• Utilize CRM software to update customer information and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Market Research:
• Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams for continuous improvement.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and technical teams, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Share insights and market feedback to contribute to strategic planning.
• Attend Industry Events:
• Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand the company's presence and generate leads.
• Training and Development:
• Stay updated on product knowledge through regular training sessions.
• Continuously enhance sales skills and techniques through ongoing professional development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technology Sales Representative or similar role.
• Strong understanding of technology products, including hardware, software, and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software for efficient pipeline management.
• Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach to sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
