Compensation ($salary): $55K/yr
IMMEDIATE Accounts Payable Coordinator needed for a well known manufacturing company specializing in consumer goods for heating products both on the residential and commercial side. This position is a direct hire role, to include salary and full-fledge benefits package. This company offers ALL benefits to take effect as of day 1!
The Accounts Payable Coordinator will be responsible for performing AP functions for the organization's IT department.
Duties Include
- Create purchase orders (POs) and distribute them to vendors and requestors promptly.
- Ensure appropriate approval of new vendors before setting them up.
- Timely submission of invoices (with Pos # thereon) to Accounts Payable (AP) for processing.
- Partner with AP to ensure vendor accounts are current to avoid IT operation interruptions.
- Review and approve telecom bills and address variances with IT management.
- Respond to ad hoc requests for cost detail or vendor analysis.
- Create and edit professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across presentations.
- Proficiently use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and tracking.
- 5 years’ experience in a large ERP software program.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field is preferred but not required.
