M-F 40 hrs a week, on-site
Our client provides consumer goods to the wider population of the US, and are a great long-term client who are are looking for a sharp Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a long-term contractual basis.
Must have experience in SAP and Excel.
Description
- Assisting with the processing of accounts payable invoices
- Matching invoices to purchase orders or vouchers
- Performing data entry
- Research and reconcile purchase orders, invoices, or payment related issues or discrepancies.
Requirements
- Competent with spreadsheets and databases
- Must be driven, self-motivated, hard working, and reliable.
- Organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to effectively time manage and prioritize competing tasks or deadlines.
