Must have reliable transportation as you may asked to cover these above locations with advanced notice
Pay : $18-20
Schedule : 100% onsite- Monday- Friday 8 : 30-5pm w / 1 hr. lunch
Our client provides serviced offices, coworking spaces, business lounges, virtual offices, and more. They also provides dedicated desk, luxurious workplaces, trade counters and studios and cosmopolitan members club for businesses.
They are looking for you, a Community Associate, who will work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries.
You will work to create and maintain your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers so that your customers can focus on running their business
What you get to do :
- Conduct a walkthrough to verify cleanliness
- Assist customers with various requests throughout the morning, such as : Changing WiFi code, Checking for the arrival of important packages, Providing directions to meeting rooms, Setting up projectors, Guiding customers to the coffee area
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to appropriate customers
- Notify customers about their package arrivals via email
- Address environmental comfort issues (e.g., temperature control) by opening service tickets
- Share information about the center's benefits with prospective customers
- Gently remind groups in meeting rooms to wrap up sessions as the day ends
- Provide restaurant recommendations for customers to continue their discussions
- Ensure the center is tidy before heading home
What you need to succeed :
- 1 plus years of customer service experience
- Good communication skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people’s needs
Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations
Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
