Rapidly Growing Billion Dollar Service firm in Scottsdale Arizona is seeking a Director of External Reporting that will support the CFO and VP of Finance. This position will be exposed to accounting and operations on a global scale and help scale the reporting department.
Responsibilities
- Oversight and review of consolidations for quarterly and annual financial statements
- Lead and review technical accounting memos and provide strategic guidance to business units
- Assist with international external auditors, statutory audits, and corporate transactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting from accredited College or University
- Recognized Accounting Designation (CA, CGA, CMA, or CPA)
- Prior Public Accounting or Public Company experience highly preferred
- 5 years of Financial Reporting and Financial Consolidation experience
