Seeking Facilities Maintenance Specialist - experience working maintenance in an professional setting (including places like banks, office complexes, hospitals, medical or dental offices, schools, etc) is required for the role.
The Maintenance Specialist is responsible for performing routine monthly building upkeep and addressing facility issues including light carpentry, electrical, HVAC and upkeep.
Travel:
- Ability to drive a company vehicle safely to and from site locations.
- Most jobs will be completed within a 1-hour radius of downtown Greenville with very little overnight travel required.
- High school diploma required.
- 5 yrs. experience as a Maintenance Specialist or other relevant field installation/maintenance.
- Operate with professionalism and integrity throughout the facility sites
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Must be a licensed driver with reliable transportation and have a clean driving record (company vehicle is issued)
- must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check / drug test .
- Has a general understanding of all building systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical).
- Attend and participate in all internal meetings.
- Duties include basic carpentry, painting, general HVAC maintenance, basic plumbing/electrical repairs all in an office-based environment.
- Company issued tools, iPad, & company truck w/ weekly fuel allowance.
- Strong benefits, competitive salary ($55-65k) bonus eligible, 4 weeks PTO to start
