ExecuSource has partnered with a distribution company in the search for a Human Resource Generalist who will function as the sole HR support for the Salt Lake City, UT location. This role will be onsite, M-F. This person will drive organizational culture and facilitate metrics and organizational communication strategy. They will coach associates and managers on employee relations issues, including performance management. The role involves facilitating dispute resolutions and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal practices. Additionally, the HR Generalist will partner with safety personnel to maintain a safe working environment.

Compensation: $80,000-$90,000

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
• 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Possess a high level of integrity and understanding of confidentiality
• Experience collaborating closely with operational managers and leaders in an HRBP capacity.
• Proven ability to advise managers and leaders on employee matters, compliance, and workforce planning.
• Strong issue identification and resolution skills.
• Experience managing both strategic initiatives and daily HR tasks.
• Proficiency in HR data analytics.
• Bilingual skills are helpful but not required.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to develop business solutions.
• Ability to walk the floor daily and build relationships with employees and leaders.
