ExecuSource is Hiring a Key Account Manager Near Smyrna, GA

Manager Member Advisory (MRO Account Manager)

Location: Smyrna, GA

Salary: $100-110k plus 20% bonus

Work Schedule: 4 days in office per week, (Fridays- work from home)

Travel: 25-50%

The Opportunity

Our Client is seeking bright, driven, and energetic candidates with strong account management and analytical skills. Strong communication skills, excellent presentation skills, and a focus on customer service are a must. The candidate is expected to work independently with limited direction from leadership. Exceptional multi-tasking skills are required to manage multiple customers. Must be results-oriented while paying close attention to detail .Under the direction of the Operations Director, the Account Manager reviews the MRO requirements and coordinates vendor support services for up to 25-30 different key member companies.

What you get to do:

  • Build relationships with members to understand each of their unique objectives and needs, serving as their advocate and agent.
  • Identify value-add opportunities for members through proactive analysis and coordinate implementation.
  • Build relationships with supplier partners to drive mutual value through cost savings and issue resolution.
  • Problem-solve through leveraging relationships with internal partners, suppliers, and member companies.
  • Lead business reviews and regular meetings with members and suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records pertaining to activity and opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned. Must be willing to travel up to 25-50% of the time to member locations in North America.

What you need to succeed:

  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, buying, or sourcing; with at least 1 year of account management experience.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or consumer products company is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required; Graduate degree is a plus.
  • Must demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing time commitments.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others internally and externally.
  • Ability to train and coach less experienced employees.
  • Analytical thinker: ability to understand and use quantitative data to solve problems and create value.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
