ExecuSource is Hiring a TEMP Customer Service Representative Near Lawrenceville, GA
Pay: $17/hr
We are currently representing a client in the medical industry seeking 8 customer service representatives to join their team on contractual basis for roughly 3-4 months, with possible extension.
The day-to-day duties of the customer service representative include: handling email and database correspondence regarding patient prescriptions, outbound calls to doctor's offices to confirm patient prescriptions, request refills, verifying patient information and customer database management.
The role is in office, Monday-Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM w/1 hour lunch.
The selected candidates must have previous call center experience, and previous expertise working with multiple software programs on the job.
