Warehouse Manager Opportunity!

Location: Waco, TX

Salary: $100,000 (base on experience)

Schedule: On-Site Monday- Friday

Will assist with relocation to Waco, TX.

Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager with a proven track record of successful warehouse management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of inventory control and logistics? We are seeking a dynamic individual to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities. As the Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing processes, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

• Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products.

• Collaborate with other departments to optimize inventory levels and minimize excess stock.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment for all warehouse staff.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular safety training sessions for warehouse personnel.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement efficiency improvements.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance warehouse performance.
• Implement technology and automation solutions to streamline operations.
• Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance schedules for warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Troubleshoot and address equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in warehouse management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and logistics.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
