To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • 3 years experience working in a commercial, residential and/or industrial environment.
• 3 years Experience pulling and/or terminating Cat 5/5e, Cat 6/6e, Fiber Optic or Coax cable
• 3 years Skills for terminating and dressing distribution frames (66 and/or 110 blocks, patch panels, etc)
• 3 years Experience using digital multi-meters, toning and/or testing cable
• 3 years Ability to troubleshoot any issues with the network
• You must be able to pass a background and reference checks.
• You must have reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s license.
• Own you own basic hand tools.
• Must have your own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

• Attention to detail and quality of work
• Certifications and/or formal training in any of the above listed items is a Plus (Bicsi).
• Experience installing and terminating Fiber Optic cable.
• Ability to read blueprints and/or schematics.
• Stable work history, professionalism and dependability
• Outstanding customer service skills * Strong organizational skills * Advanced troubleshooting skills; adept at utilizing resources and finding solutions * Occasional heavy lifting
